I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The first room I received had a broken heater, and it was freezing outside. I had to request another room, which ended up being roach infested. The staff were unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issues and my card was still charged despite the terrible conditions. I left feeling frustrated and disgusted.
